Why fasting is good for you?
Humans and even animals have been fasting for thousands of years. This practice, although we have lost it, have many benefits on our body, the way we make decisions and interact with our surroundings.
Fasting help us focus better on us and reconnect with our inner.
The creator made us Body, soul and spirit. Those three parts are designed to work together for us to be efficient in whatever we do. Fasting is one of the practices that help us to achieve these connections. Because fasting is a way to free our body from any outside business and giving him more chances to focus more on inside business which is the connection with the soul. The soul is the one who gives orders to our body on how to react. Then the soul need to connect with the spirit the center of the meaning and the purpose. (Figure1)

Fasting boosts the brain.
Our body sure need food to function well, to put in action what the soul had told him to do. Remember body is the physical part of yourself.
When you eat, you give job to your body. You ask him to process that food to nourish different parts of your body. After that you body need to connect with the soul to know what to do. This is where the fast is important. Because, when you fast, the hunger state although it’s painful, it starts off chemical process that clears the mind, awakens the senses, and improves brain functioning.
Science said that go without food for a certain amount of time like a day increase your brain carry out activities.
Fasting is a good thing to do before taking any major decision in your life or even before taking a test
Fasting heal the body
Just like having a good night of sleep restores your mind and help you kick off a great day, fasting allows the digestive tract to rest, and therefore to restore and heal.
How to fast?
Throughout religions and cultures, fasting has been a part of life for many years. There are many studies on fasting and many ways to do it.
The most popular one the intermittent fasting. This means for a period of time of 24 you choose to eat 8hours and fast for 16 hours. Ideally any person should fast one to two day a week.
Practically this means for example that you get your first meal of the day not before 10am and your last one not after 6pm. And you choose to do it Tuesday and Thursday.
